1. Scope

4. Order

The order is binding for the customer as soon as he completes the order process including the acceptance of these terms and conditions and the privacy policy with the confirmation button. 5. Payment

Payment is only possible by credit card, PayPal or prepayment.

6. Delivery damages / wrong delivery

The customer has to complain about a defective product or a wrong delivery immediately upon receipt of the delivery. Otherwise, the delivered goods are considered flawless and accepted by the customer. Hidden defects must be objected to in writing immediately after their discovery. The goods are to be stored until repayment and may not be consumed.

In the case of defective goods or a wrong delivery, the return to Konrad Lifestyle AG is at the expense and risk of the customer. The goods are in their original packaging, with all accessories and the delivery note and a description of the defects to the Konrad Lifestyle AG, Hallenstrasse 3, 4104 Oberwil, to return.

7. Delivery

In the case of delivery by DHL, the delivery will be made to the address indicated or to a pick-up point of DHL requested by the customer. The delivery will be handed over personally. A deposit of the delivery, especially in front of the apartment door, is not possible. If a personal delivery at the delivery time is not possible, a pick-up note will be deposited in the mailbox. The customer can select a second free delivery by means of a pick-up ticket or pick up the delivery himself at a DHL pick-up point. Incidentally, the general terms of delivery of DHL, which are brought to the attention of the customer during the ordering process and are an integral part of the contract, apply.

The goods will be delivered only after receipt of payment. Should the conclusion of the contract indicate that the ordered goods can not be delivered or not delivered in full, Konrad Lifestyle AG reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. The shipping costs for the products ordered by the customer are to be borne by the customer.

For deliveries abroad, it may be possible that customs duties and other import duties may be incurred in the country of destination. These costs are to be borne by the customer.

The customer is obliged to clarify before ordering whether a delivery to his country is not restricted by prohibitions, authorization requirements or other measures. The customer is liable for any additional expenses, loss of profit as well as any further damage caused to Konrad Lifestyle AG as a result. In the event of an export ban, Konrad Lifestyle AG is not obliged to pay damages to the customer. to refund the purchase price.

8. Retention of title

All goods are the property of Konrad Lifestyle AG until full payment. In case of default Konrad Lifestyle AG is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to reclaim the goods at the expense of the customer. The costs in the event of default are borne by the customer and must be refunded to Konrad Lifestyle AG.

9. Liability

Konrad Lifestyle AG excludes all liability for all damages incurred by the customer, namely indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, personal, property and pecuniary loss, as well as claims for damages against himself and against any vicarious agents.

A further mandatory legal liability remains reserved.

10. Jurisdiction

The contracts concluded with the provider are subject to Swiss law. Jurisdiction is CH-4104 Oberwil.

11. Miscellaneous

Should parts of these terms and conditions for any reason be unenforceable or prove to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
